Finally slept for a while and she is too :).. However my titts are hurting like crazy...  In May I wore Medium. During the last months, I had to buy a Large top..  But now since they have exploaded with milk. I would need an extra large :S :/ Ajajj it HURTS.. Yee, we look kinda similar...  In this town the midwifes say that it is best to sleep with the newborn. (Because they know that the baby will not sleep, if you put it away to sleep by it self) It's like they are living in reality... The fetus have been living in my belly since May 2022, so how can you think that it is cool, to separate us? Especially, when she has just been born?  "socialstyrelsen" claim that you should not sleep together during the first 3 months, because of the suffocation risk.. It's like they don't have an idea about reality. Because which mother would drink alcohol, do drugs or medication? In this life parents could barely sleep at all, because all they want is to take care of...

I mean this is the cutest thing ever. Now that she is older than 24 hours, I should start, the breastfeeding every third hour.  According to the midwifes in several different towns.. But as I said earlier, she prefer to lay there, all the time, sucking actively for ten seconds. Then maby resting for a little bit longer... Then she will sleep for maby 3 minutes and after that she starts to suck again..    I want Fil='sour'yougurt...  Now at 03.30 am..  We had a videocall with her dad yesterday and he thought that she resembled him very much... Unfortunately the technology has destroyed for us, since he thought that I stopped responding to his emails and I thought that he refused to respond to mine. But he is infact locked out of his old email and I didnt get anyone of the emails he sent mr. So we both assumed, that we stopped wanting contact.. Today 2 of my sisters have birthday and tomorrow my brother was born. But my daughter is born the 16 殺. How can I get ...

What a smart girl... She never cries, but just might sound a bit when she is hungry. That's why I've had her by my breast most time.. However I haven't got any milk yet, but my titts are becoming hard now. Because when she suck on them, she gives signals to my body to produce it... I'm so hungry and thirsty all the wile... Now is the first time I let her lay by herself sleeping, so I can wright more properly :P. She has been stuck with my nipple 90% of the time. She even slept so 😂 When I did pee, she looked on me and as I was washing my hands, she turned around. It's like she can see far away. They say that babies only can see 30 cm.. Never knew an newly born infant could follow you.with her eyes.. They did check if she had Gulsot etc after 6 hours, but she is all healthy.. She smells sweet and they say that we both have 36 grader=degrees celcius, that's so strange, because we both are soo warm I ate fish, potatoes n vegetables when I got to our room @BB. But...

aoouu... At the delivery now. waiting to get an investigation and coffwy+raspberey soup Jesus Christ Its kinda hard to think straight Feel like puking haha.. Hope she come with the coffee.. however mi want it cold. and MAAN dis hurt Guess the bad pains started at like 15.30... Can not walk or atand... This hurt so much more than any other pain... I am opend 7 cm aoouu Man what a thing. 4 contractioms and she was out ☺. Sure I shouted those times, because I got like power from doing so. And I pushed hard. So in 1,5 hours she was out 殺✌✌ I didnt use any medication.. I just tried to breath. My bosy knew just what to do. Thank God.. She is a+, I am a minus, so I had to rakw a shot. I just broke verry little class 1?, laat time I broke as much as tou can class 4. Her nose looks like her dads, but her nails and mourh look like mine.. This was a very nice experiense, she have been laying on my arms ever since she came out. So it was a little hard to eat.. Now she is sleepimg... Emanue...

  I'll go up starting my day now at 06.. No added sugar, to these dates.. No palm oil.  They are a source of iron.  Rich in fibers and have alot of pottasium..  I'll throw away this shit today.. Bought it for christmas, because the package said it is Gingerbread and plum. But they taste waay to sweet, so I don't like them..   Honestly, how can this not be a joke?  People under 30 should not get children, because they do NOT understand the consequenses of their acctions! She is 19 an have had a heart-attac! If you are below 30 you have not yet experienced your own life and can not yet plan your economy properly. But waste your life on shit! I have been 20ish and it wasn't untill I became 30, that I started to see the bigger picture and had enough experiences, to be able to make good decusions... How could ANYBODY give their children candy or icecream, instead of fruit or dried fruits? This is so stupid, those babies eat more calories,  than pregnant m...

I went up relatively early and ate this: See I had to wake my belly up, in order to be able to eat something more. Because I was feeling sick, without any energy to make more breakfast. So I ate this and watched this documentary, in English. It was very good because it used proper words to describe what I found out, in my early twenties. After that I ate this: (I don't use to eat white bread and the dried dates have coconut oil/shea butter and peanuts stuck on them) See I read the bible, back then. Thought and read what scientists/dietitian n doctors say... The truth then became very obviouse. I can't believe how some people actually would buy a 'food', that has been created by a human!  Isn't it VERY obviouse, that all food made for us to eat. Could be found in nature?     I can't believe how some don't see a difference, between something manufactured and natural!     It is so extremely sad, to go to the store, seeing a group of 10 year olds, buying ...

Woke up at 4, so I read. But then I realized that I should be hungry. Because I puked up 1 liter of fluids last night. I'm experiencing so much pain constantly...  Jah kno I had alot of energy to fix this, when I woke up. But then I ate and mi jus waah sleep back..  Yes I could sleep untill 10. Then I'll wake and deal with this... Oh gosh I want to throw up again...  Lol I can not sleep for more than 2 hours at the time, so now I will eat 2 digestive and lemonade with COLD water. Plus a little dark chokolate. Ate raisins, as I woke..   I must tell u how I started to laugh this morning. Because in Jamaica, they don't say Diggestiive, like we do in Sweden.
