Right now mi deah lock up, I'm locked up at the hospital. Only to waste my time. They break their own rules by keeping me here, because I'm not Manic or Hypomanic. One nurse and two doctors have confirmed that I'm not Manic or Hypomanic, still they keep me here to observe me. Yes, they want me to eat Lamotrigin and I'm doing that since I don't feel anything of that. Sure I'm a Rasta and don't eat medicin but if I would refuse to eat it they would carry me into a room, tie me up, pull down my pants and give me a shot of the "medicin". I've already been through that 2016. This place is so boring. Furthermore they are breaking the law, because I'm not a danger to myself or anyone else. I'm not sick. It's just that they want to observe me. I get everything I want st...

I'm here all finished now. I finally put on socks, because my feet is very cold all the time. Today I woked up around 8 but I layed in bed and woke up untill 9. Of course I used a nicotine patch. I even sleep with them. I like to do that beecause then I could dream, wonderful dreams. Then I went and made a coffey, I did not brew it in a normal coffey maker, since it's made of plastic and takes to much time. No I boiled water in a glass container. Mine is really good because you could decide exactly how warm you want the water to become. I choose green, 80 degrees. I love that heat because it's just perfect to drink, plus green is my favorite colour. Then I had my coffey infront of Youtube (L). See I must have the right music to be able to move my body. So I sat there for maby two hours, praising Jah. That banana is maby two weeks old but it's fine. It's just that I don't have any apetite. Yesterday I just ate 70% of a Semla, a Caffe Latte and two strawberries....

I moved the bed but I will have to crawl under the bed to put the rugg deh. Or I will fix it tomorrow. I cleaned the plates mi deah listen to music. Shure it 01.23 now but mi no ave it loud.
