I'm here all finished now. I finally put on socks, because my feet is very cold all the time. Today I woked up around 8 but I layed in bed and woke up untill 9. Of course I used a nicotine patch. I even sleep with them. I like to do that beecause then I could dream, wonderful dreams. Then I went and made a coffey, I did not brew it in a normal coffey maker, since it's made of plastic and takes to much time. No I boiled water in a glass container. Mine is really good because you could decide exactly how warm you want the water to become. I choose green, 80 degrees. I love that heat because it's just perfect to drink, plus green is my favorite colour. Then I had my coffey infront of Youtube (L). See I must have the right music to be able to move my body. So I sat there for maby two hours, praising Jah. That banana is maby two weeks old but it's fine. It's just that I don't have any apetite. Yesterday I just ate 70% of a Semla, a Caffe Latte and two strawberries....
