Tomorrow has come 😀

This was my breakfast at 6 am. Katrin is a Swedish name that females got back in the days but plommon is the fruit, in plural. Plummes? Plum have alot of fiber in them. Fiber is what your intestines need to be able to work better. A vegetarian diet have alot more fiber than carnivor.. That is the reason, why them that eat meat only goes to the bathroom some days apart and have pain in their belly. Plus stink. Dead meat do not smell nice, so what do you expect? A vegetarian can use the bathroom every day.

   These Katrinplommon is from this country and the blueberry soup, done now.

Movement is also important for your body to work properly. So why would anybody drive?

This I eat now at 9,50. The banana is perfectly fine and not bad at all, you can see that on the brightness of the yellow parts. Can not believe how most people would avoid something, that looks different. That is very stupid. Why the beep, would you make stores throw away perfectly good food?! When you could just cut away the bad part... That works perfectly fine to do with vegetables. But of course you shouldn't eat meat, if one part has gone bad. 😑. (I don't want to eat it, if it is freshly cut neither and has been transported to a fridge during some weeks neither). That's nasty.

In this country we have some students etc. That actually goes dumpsterdiving. Because the stores throw away products, that have passed their expiery date or have some bad parts. So they could get the food for free. The only problem with that, is that it's viewed as illegal! Can't believe how stores lock up their trash! Germany actually made it legal, now in January 2023.

I never tried it, because I never had time or a need to do that. But I mean it is much better. Companies put an earlier expierydate on their products, because they dont want to get brought to court, for selling bad things. Another reason is that they want to sell more products, because some people actually would throw away something that has expired and buy a new thing :/..

Remember reading about a man, that had been dumpstring for like 10 years. His family almost never had to buy food. Here is another swedish girl, that also do it Emmi 28

Then we also have homless people or them living on welfare. But I guess the rich people rather would prefer if they starved to death...

I mean look at this model! He is very very beautiful. He probably should have became a modell, instead of Dancehall artist. Because then he would have taken care of himself. 

His teeth where soo beautiful, before he put on braces! Stop smoking. I've seen little bits of Teachas Pet, since I wanted to see Addi. But I can not bother to look on or listen to stupid girls. I don't know what did happen with Not Nice and Black Rhyno, Gaza Kim or Clive. So why should I speculate? Illuminati shit don't interest me, since I'm no fool, listening to people who lack sense... Imagine having fresh parsley! 

That contain alot of iron and taste wonderful.. Zeen... But this portion would have tasted better with peas in it. Peas is green and round. The brown stuff is called beans and shape differently depending on the kind, dah... Ohh I see why some english speaking people would call... One kind of bean is called chickpeas=kikärtEr. ÄrtOr mean peas, same weh 🙂

Drank fluid replacement, my nurse sister told me to drink one morning and night now. The problem is that I just have like 7 left. And I don't know where the pharmacies are, located at. But I think they have those at the supermarket same way.. I don't want to order it on the farmacy online, because the transportation, to this apartment would cost twice as much as the replacement. In this country the Apotek, is owned by the government.

Mi a vaccume now 😀.

Well dis will do, for a while anyway. It's getting dark now around five :/. I don't like that about the winter. During the summers, it gets dark around 11pm. So you have more energy u zeet...

So the matt stop you from being able to slam the door a bit, but still is easier to close. I will have to call the company i'm renting from still, because the door doesn't keep shut and it is a crack in the wall in one cabin. So they should fix that. I need to fix this and that, but later. 

Need to take that trash out to the trashbin, they empty it every week. I used the plastic around the toilet paper, as a garbage bag. Because why wouldn't I reuse it?

But I think I will need some soup first. Jah kno.
