In that resturant they have alot of different food, but they also have alot of mosqito. So the owner gave me some spray... From we woke up I drank a glass of water and one with juice... Then we went and bought patties. Chicken for them and one vegetarian and soy pattie for me :). Then we went to Matthews boat. See you can not be inside, especially not in this house. Because it have thick concrete walls n roof. No ventilation, but we have the windows opened every time. I mean if you are up in the mountains it's better, because there it's like 28 degrees celcius in the middle day. But here in Falmouth, at the coast, it is 32 but it feels like 39! I mean I showered and washed.  So when the landury was done I had to stand in the blazing sun, for like 20 minutes! I did not want to be in the sun today at all, since my skin is already fried.    This was 3 days after I came from Sweden. There I had been laying inside, being depressed 11 months. During the worst months I couldn't even get out of bed and if I did I went to the sofa to watch tv. All because they forced me to get a shot with Risperdal every other week! So I had my period 3 weeks out of 4. But they didn't believe it was the Risperdal causing it, so I went to a gynocologist n the emergency psyciatric care two times, because I felt awful. So then they stopped with that and started to give me 3 Lithium every day. So I started to pee my pants every day! I couldn't even go to the closest store without peing myself. I told them about it but they told me to go to the housedoctor. Which I did and he and me both knew it was because of the Lithium that happened! The psykiatric "care" in Sweden is awful. They locked me up 3 months last year, all because I refused to give them a urin-sample and my mother n stepdad lied and told them I was manic. The...
