See a man is capable of doing so much more than he thinks. And in Jamaica both a woman and man could be refered to as a man. So I'm talking about both, in this context. Context is a proper word, because con means with,  in Spanish 😀. And a mind that is not cluttered with shit, like drugs and musts. Is actually very capable of thinking, in the same way as I am.

   However if I would talk to a psychiatrist, they could think that I am Manic or suffering from Psycosis. Because you see most people actually have an occupied mind, too busy to really think about important things.

   And some Jamaicans would think that I "worry too much", since they rather smoke weed and just accept the reality, they 'can not' change. But see this world would change for the better IF everybody understood, what they are doing! KSMT What you are consuming is affecting the entire world!

Oh I need to buy a new Shampoo and Conditioner, because the ones I have is soon done. Yea, but then what? Wouldn't it be better to actually get ecological natural shampoo, without perfumes and factory extracted things? Both for your own scalp and every aquatic organism? See all living creatures get affected by the way you are living. Notice that the hormones you are eating, end up in the sea and you eat fish, don't it?

   A person at the university in Lund wrote about this fact 2016. When the fishes are exposed to hormones from birth controll pills etc. They actually get changed genes and behaviour. They have a harder time to cetch food and they can not get spawn/babies...

Haha, you know what happened?

After I took out the trash and showered. I sat down on the bed, to put on panties. I had to lean back and lay on the bed, with my bent knees in the air. Haha. That reminded me of a Jamaican roach I saw this summer. Because he could not get back on his feet but was stuck on his back 😂. I'm a bit scared about being close to them, deh man.

I'm in bed, writing and drinking fluid replacement. Soo tierd now...

The app say that I'm expected today, but a midwife said in two days. I think that it would be good on the 14nth, on all hearts day, like we say over here 😍.

It is not possible to smoke away the pain. You are just thinking about something other than the problems, for a moment. By consuming something that your organs does not crave. Jamaica legalized recently and to feed your inhabitants with drugs, is not a proper way to deal with the situation! It is better to live healthy, so that you don't suffer! 

(Smoke also stop you from absorbing Iron).   

Everybody could live healthy easily, because as you are living naturally and unselfishINGLY😃, you can't get sick! Who *** **** are you to not trust God?

  It is not smart to avoid thinking about a problem, it's intelligent to get ridd of your problems.

Lunch! Give Thanks! Mmmmmm 😀 Everybody should have a garlic press. Because that makes life a whole lot easier and it is not expensive. Cost less than smoke. Garlic make every food taste better and it is a natural medicin. You can eat it raw. It contain Kalcium, Iron, vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. Plus antibacterial Allicin, first and foremost. 

   I read on the package of those beans for the first time just now and unfortunately they come from China!

   5 years ago brown beans was the only bean we grew in Sweden, but now we grow most by ourself. According to Google. But what. I grew those 2 inches green things with beans in them. In my greenhouse 10 years ago.

Sée it is so extremly easy, healthy and tasty. To eat strictly vegetarian/vegan. I would prefer to call my diet iTal, because I don't like to eat manmade products and love to eat raw the most. Still mi no follow ppl.

Oh Feta Cheese, would taste so nice in a sallad. And it is ok to eat that, since it's not made by cows, standing in overcrowded factories. But from goats, that walk freely in the mountains in Greece... Manmade products are completely fine, as long as they are natural. What I refered to above was factory made products! But do not drink milk, coffey or tea, to your vegetarian meals. Because then you're not able to absorb the nutrients that you are eating! 

   I mean look on the Chinese or Japanese. They are soo pale and according to me that must be because they are lacking in iron! Drinking tea all the time. Same so with the English.. Think God damn it!

   China Natural Nutrition and Health Survey, estimates that  245 million people in that country is lacking in Iron! So guess what they do? They build factories to produce supliments! How stupid could humans become?!

Bläää. The inustrialization has destroyed this earth a whole lot and it will continue to, if we start to have robots in the factories instead of humans! Not a smart move.

40 minutes minimum after you ate, I've heard that it is ok to drink it... But I've read 2 hours too.

Hihi kool :).. InI actually could take the cords out and put them back in. Because there was only one way to put them 🤣. Oh I did reccord a video once upon a time, singing something like cord, but IDK if it was on my cancelled Youtube account :/. It was great fun anyway, because I just lived in my own world. See I have been, like this since I was a teenager, because it is great fun. Oh I sang, tears in heaven...
